This program is built on what I learned from the Nutritious Life Studio (NLS), focusing on its 8 pillars of a Nutritious Life. While we won't cover all 8, this two-week challenge will help you get the hang of some key aspects. By joining in, you'll start forming healthier habits and tweaking the ones you already have.
