Ingredients:
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 cucumber, chopped
- 1-2 tablespoons plant-based ranch dressing (or preferred dressing)
- 6-8 large green leaf lettuce leaves, washed and patted dry
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 avocado, diced
- Everything But the Bagel seasoning (to taste)
Instructions:
