Smoothie Sensation for all my enthusiasts


If there's one thing I'm absolutely, positively, and unabashedly crazy about, it's smoothies. I'm not just your average smoothie lover—I'm a certified nutrition coach who firmly believes that these blended beauties are the superheroes of the nutrition world. Why, you ask? Well, buckle up because I'm about to spill the beans (or should I say blend the fruits?) on why smoothies rock my world.

3 flavours of smoothies

Below I have included 3 of my favorite smoothie recipes for you to enjoy

These smoothies are packed full of whole foods and are great for a meal replacement or a healthy pick me up snack. The do not leave you feeling over full but they will satiate you to get you through until your next meal or snack.




Berry Blend

berry smoothies


1/4  c strawberries 1/4 c blueberries 1/2 of a banana 1/4 c elderberry juice 1/2 almond milk

1 tsp chia seeds 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein


Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.


 

Dreamsicle

1 -bananana 1 orange

1/2 c mango 1 scoop plant based vanilla protein 1 cup almond milk

1 tbs ground flax seed


Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.







 


Mean Green

1 banana 1 c almond milk 1 tsp spirulina powder 1 tsp chlorella powder 1/2 c spinach

1 tsp hemp seeds




Mix all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
